    Summary for Shoppers: We only collect customer information necessary to confirm and fulfill your Brand-New Apparel or Curated Pre-Loved / Vintage order, coordinate Adonai delivery, support the customer handoff, and generate your printable receipt. We never sell or share your phone numbers, payment details, or personal data with third-party advertisers.
  

1. Information We Collect

When you browse, reserve a piece, or purchase through our in-store POS register or web storefront checkout, we collect:

Contact Credentials: Full name, telephone number (for order delivery contact & Mobile Money confirmations), and optional email address.
Delivery Information: Physical delivery address, neighborhood/district (e.g., Kololo, Ntinda, Salama Road), preferred handoff details, and specific delivery instructions.
Location With Permission: When you confirm a delivery order, your browser may ask permission to share your current coordinates. We use them only to allocate a delivery zone, coordinate the route, and help the Adonai delivery team complete the handoff. Checkout still works with a manually selected area if permission is declined.
Transaction History: Item SKU, purchase date, payment tender method (Cash, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), and receipt invoice references.
Technical Session State: Local browser storage data used to remember items in your shopping cart and cookie consent choices.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

Fulfilling 1-of-1 piece holds and updating live rail inventory instantaneously.
Coordinating authorized shop riders and couriers as delivery partners for orders across Kampala and regional Uganda.
Providing scannable 80mm thermal receipts and invoice verifications.
Handling customer support inquiries via our official WhatsApp business hotline.

3. Data Protection & Storage Security

All transactional data and customer book records are stored with encryption and atomic integrity checks. Access to POS terminals and order dispatch pipelines is restricted to authenticated shop personnel with individual PIN access.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use lightweight local storage tokens to preserve your shopping cart and session state across page reloads. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

5. Your Rights & Contact Information
